It’s definitely an old hotel . The rooms are nice thou and updated . I was very happy with it . However I did not like people smoking weed on the balcony. It’s an awful smell when you want to enjoy sitting out and enjoying the balcony

Hotel was better than expected for a budget-type motel. On the boardwalk at very southern tip. Quiet rooms, pool looked clean and people used it, Friendly staff. More like a motel than hotel with only snack machine on site but lotsof restaurants nearby. Noise from parking lot with revving engines was a problem 10- 11pm but local police did clear them out quickly when called. Options for whirlpool tub facinv ocean or beautiful ocean facing rooms.

The room was quite nice and very clean, the staff were all friendly. I would say the biggest drawback was the loud drunk people above us, they spilled their beer and it ran into our balcony. There was also a strong smell of weed. I do not blame Schooner Inn for that. Overall the stay was pleasant.
