There was no hot water on my floor all weekend. My daughter stayed on another floor and they had hot water. My niece & her family found a roach in their room. This is the 2nd year we stayed at this property and it will be my last time staying. The staff was amazing at check in, the young lady at 2am was wonderful and the young lady at 11pm was not at all empathetic and was rather matter of fact and didn’t seem nice until I came to the front desk.

Room setup was great, ocean view was amazing. On site restaurant had good food and ice cream. Pots, pans, and plates provided. Close to Rudey Inlet and several other sites. Balcony door seal let wind through (not a big deal), wall had a gash in it, "living room vent" had mold, staff wasn't helpful when we asked for a 2nd room and their website wouldn't let us book a 2nd room at 11pm.
