Marjac is an inexpensive way to stay on the oceanfront. For the most part the rooms are fairly well clean, didn’t see any indications of insects or rodents, however, the balcony was quite disgusting, and I don’t mean like weather gets to it gross, I mean like 3 lil kids spilling, sneezing and spitting (or colllage students, either are probable lol) the staff is helpful, and attentive to the guests, and usually will address whatever requests you have immediately. Worth the money to stay on the oceanfront though, I’ll probably go back.

The shower was broken and kitchen sink worked but the fixture was very loose. The bedding could have been better- it was basically two sheets. Check in was a delayed disaster due to rooms not being ready hours after check in time. Elevator very slow. Air conditioning units were filthy. Great location for beach access.

I was there for 4 days/3 nights . Location was perfect but the hotel was outdated for-sure . Black mold around the pool walls, hallways smelted of urine . Only one elevator which did not function correctly. Hair on bathroom walls and inside the tub . Stains on curtains and sheets and finally the toilet. The toilet had so many marks on them and was sliding out of place because it was loose . For $900 I at least expect a clean toilet . Parking was extremely tight . Won’t stay again but again location was perfect

we did like the size of the two rooms. Bedding was OK and the room did stay cool from AC. No pictures which would’ve added some character. Did not like the lobby or the elevator. Too crunched up and had to ask for towels and toilet paper all the time. when we arrived at 4:00 the room was not available till 5:00 on Monday. check in time should be 4:00. I worked with Expedia and was charged an extra $176.92. Worker at desk didn’t act like he understood that.

The hotel view is very good and so is the pool. The guy on the front desk is very nice. But overall the sofa bed was no good. No one can sleep on it, it’s broken also the covering on the sofa is rip and sponge is totally exposed also the AC unit in the room is very loud you can’t sleep how loud it is. The bathroom has no body wash, shampoo etc, everything is empty.

This is a very affordable room, but it is an old property. There’s one very old elevator. When you walk in it reminds you a little bit of New York projects. There is a nice beach view for a very small balcony. I also like the spacious living room the staff was not friendly. In fact the staff member that woke me in was unprofessional and polite however, for the price it is closely located to some of the fun stuff

Don't expect high end service. The staff is great, friendly, and they handle issues accordingly. The water sometimes takes a while to get warm, oh well. Quit expecting high end hotel service. The rates at this property are incredible. You have an entire bedroom and spacious living room. A full size fridge and two burner stove top that work. I've stayed for extended periods of time and I'm happy with it.

The room was clean. THIN sheets on beds ..NO BLANKETS!! Kitchen was absolutely empty! We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling between the tub & the toilet whenever someone above us took a shower. Water went out into the main room & bedroom. We let the front desk know & no one came to look at it. Someone's dirty boxer shorts were in the corner of our balcony. Check in is 4:00 our room wasn't ready till 5:30. There's ONLY ONE SMALL ELEVATOR & ONE LUGGAGE CART. And good luck sleeping because it's REALLY noisy at night. I will NEVER stay here again!!!!!!
