The hotel was clean but could use updating, the staff were very helpful and accommodating when my husband lost his door key. The elevators sounded like they were going to fall apart at any time, that had me shook for real and the breakfast was ok, could have been a little more to it. But, you get what you paid for. They put an unexpected hold of $246 on my card and did not tell me about it, communication about the charges can be clearer. Overall, I would stay here again for no more than a weekend (2 day) getaway but it definitely wouldn't be my first choice.

Didn’t use the amenities. I believe the employee that check is in was Tanya! Super pleasant and very helpful. Only complaint is the bathroom was a little small. Had to shut the door to use the toilet. Other than that it was super clean. And location was great! Oh! And 1 complaint! We waited for an hour for housekeeping, they didn’t come. We had to leave and left the do not disturb on the door. When we returned the items we were waiting for were on the bed.
