This hotel is perfect for families with little kids! All the pool options as well as the kid's room and movie theater give you plenty of activities. The dining options were decent. Some areas in the hotel are a bit dated and worn, but they have renovations planned. The location is amazing, and the beach view from the room is wonderful!

I loved staying at this place for the beachfront view and all the extras the hotel had. The kids loved all the pools and I enjoyed the restaurant options. It was great that kids ate free with adult meal purchases. I didnt like having to park across the street and pay $10/day when o already paid over 2k for 5 day stay, but it wasn't the worst thing ever. Hotel is conveniently located and staff is decently helpful, some had bad attitudes the whole stay. Maintenance needs done to the place and the elevators are VERY small !! All in all I enjoyed my stay and would return again for sure.

This is a great place to stay with kids. Yhe hotel is at the end of the boardwalk which proved to be very quiet. The beach was very clean and not crowded ar all. The free movies in the family movie theater is a great bonus! There are plenty of swimming opportunities inside and outside. We came at the end of the summer season and were very pleased. The staff was attentive and helpful. Always friendly. The Blue Whale was a convenient and affordable option for lunch on our beach days. Kids eat free and the staff is also friendly. Food was good. The only downside was that the sliding doors to both of our balconies were very hard to open! We hope to come back!

The photos of this hotel online were amazing. Upon arrival, waiting for our room we went to The Whale restaurant to eat lunch. The food was alright but looking around, there were lots of dirty tables, and no-one to clean them. Finally we were able to check into our room (519), and the door was ajar/open. The entire time we stayed we had to shove the door closed and open. Our floor, whenever walking to the elevator it seemed like it was over 100 degrees. The pools looked very cool but they were dirty, not cleaned often enough

The hotel is very old, and unfortunately, the smell throughout the place was quite unpleasant. The shower is also very outdated and needs to be replaced. The balcony sliding door was not working properly—I had to carry the door while another person pushed it just to get it open. On the positive side, the bed was very clean and comfortable. However, overall, the hotel needs significant updates and better maintenance. Will never go back to this property again The employees in the reception are vey nice people.

Both staff and property were amazing. My daughter had a great time and was just enough distance from where wrestling was taking place, so very convenient without the extra cost of being closer The rainy weather impacted use of outdoor pool but we did swim indoors

Everything was fine, really need to upgrade to smart TVs. Pools are great for kids. Great beach access. I would stay here again, but it would be nice to access YouTube and Netflix and other streaming services.

Staff was very nice. Our hallway (5th floor) had no air conditioning and was extremely hot. The elevators are small and slow. There did not seem to ever be enough luggage carts. The shower was very narrow. The bathroom sink had large cracks in it and mold. There was dripping onto the balcony from above, probably from a/c unit. Ocean view was great. Great beach access. The parking spaces were small but overall, the parking lot was good. The Atlantic Avenue trolley’s first stop is right outside the hotel which is great and cheap. Seems very family friendly but for couples traveling alone (like myself and my husband) it might be too hectic. Did not use the pools but they looked nice. The new coffee shop is great.
