Rooms and common areas are always clean. There is a great patio on the 3rd floor with glass panels to relax on a chase and enjoy the view of the beach on really hot days. The staff was super kind and professional. This includes valet, porter, bar and reception. The hotel is in an ideal location. My only issue is that some guests don't know hotel etiquette - gregarious conversations need to be saved until you've left the hallways.
