I stayed at the Glass Light Hotel and Gallery and it was truly phenomenal. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff was warm and friendly, and the atmosphere made the entire stay memorable. I can’t wait to come back again!

The sink didn’t drain well, the doors got stuck occasionally and the king-size bed seemed more like a queen. But these are minor quibbles. The hotel is beautiful, and our stay was very comfy and enjoyable.

The property was well maintained, decor was beautiful, and everyone for the most part was inviting. It was only one person at the front desk later that night that was not inviting. Upon entering after coming from Blue Moon Taphouse, walk through the main door and not once did she acknowledge me with a hello how are you. Outside of that I would return

This is a delightful boutique hotel in a good location. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is A lively bar and very good restaurant in the hotel. A bonus is the two story glass museum with a unique collection. We’d stay again on a future visit to Norfolk.

I stay was absolutely positively fantastic! From check in to check out everything was just great! Chloe at the front desk made sure that everything I needed was taken care of, the bar and restaurant serve great drinks and food and did not disappoint, and check out was a breeze! The bed the linens were absolutely positively out of this world! I would return to this hotel just to sleep in that damn bed again!
