For the price the hotel was great. It’s a bit older so there are some things like cracks in the tile and that stuff that are just normal wear and tear. Overall it was clean and the staff was wonderful.

We visited this hotel for a quick weekend trip. The hotel was in a very convenient location with direct beach access, which was great! Parking was also never an issue, even though it did get packed. Our main issue was the hotel's cleanliness. The room wasn't too bad except for some hair in the bathroom, but the plumbing caused some issues. The sink would randomly “throw up” dirt and hair from the backed-up plumbing. The overall vibe of the hotel did feel a little dirty, but not horrendous. It did look like they were renovating rooms, which might help in the future! Probably would not stay here for longer than 2 nights, but it was a good location for a reasonable price.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Seaview. Wasn’t perfect, but just good enough for a weekend getaway. Beach view from the balcony was unbeatable! King size bed was very clean and comfy. All employees were incredibly friendly. Only complaint would be that the parking isn’t ideal, very cramped, and the stairwells/elevator/hallways were a little dirty, nothing too bad. Room itself was nice and clean!

Excellent stay from check-in to check-out! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special shout-out to Johnathan, Carter, and Melquin for sharing their local expertise on the best restaurants, attractions, and must-see places in the area. The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, especially the sunrise each morning. Being just steps from the ocean was a huge bonus—we literally walked out the door and were on the beach. There were also plenty of restaurants, entertainment options, and live music venues within walking distance. The hotel was quiet, secure, and very well maintained. Although some updates were being completed during our stay, the workers were professional, courteous, and respectful of guests. Our room was spotless, housekeeping was excellent, and the complimentary coffee, water, and lemonade in the lobby were always available and appreciated. One thing to note is that parking is located in a low-clearance garage, so larger vehicles may have difficulty fitting. Overall, I highly recommend Seaview Hotel. The entire team works hard to make guests feel welcome and ensure a memorable vacation experience. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!
