Front desk staff was super nice and pleasant. Hotel is under a major renovation so the fact it is outdated is soon to change and no need to mention. We had a good nights sleep and no complaints.

A nice stay

I loved the balcony! The room was nice and clean. It was cozy and I felt safe. I think staff should be dressed more appropriately, I didn’t know if I was speaking to a staff member or a guest at the hotel because they’re dressed in jeans and ripped up pants. Other than that after the 3 day the toilet kept backing up on us. It wouldn’t flush completely. I stayed a total of 7 days

So overall, the experience was good outside of the elevator, not working and me having my mom who currently uses a cane and walker. But they were very accommodating and were able to actually find us a room on the first floor and we’re very helpful with the transition, especially the gentleman named Tyron
