We just stayed here at the end of May with our two young daughters and it was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was warm and welcoming. The pool area was wonderful with lots of food options and the location of the hotel was ideal so that we could walk across the street to the center of town and have dinner. I would highly recommend!

It is a very fun family friendly spot, but it definitely was not for me. Too many people very overpopulated. Our check in process was horrible as our room was not ready until after four but we had dinner reservations at 6 PM and we had arrived at 12pm. We had made the best of our time when we arrive by going to the beach, but it’s annoying going to the beach and all of your clothing. Check in at 4 PM check out is 10 AM which seems a little unfair. Also it’s very expensive for just average and a little outdated. I’ve been too much nicer places for the cost. If you have children and a family and you need to split a two bedroom with a kitchen and save some money you indeed can save money that way however, Aruba is expensive in general so you’re not saving much money by eating inside for one meal a day. I think it’s overhyped. I don’t plan to stay there again works for some just not for me.

The staff was more than accommodating. They were attentive to our needs upon check in and when checking out we still had a few hours before we left for the airport. My son had medication that needed to be refrigerated, and the staff gladly took care to refrigerate the medicine until we left. The only thing I would add which isn't a staff or property issue but just a general curtesy is there is a downtown located directly behind the resort. We spent 5 days there and were not aware until another guest told us. We really weren't liking Aruba very much outside of the resort till we located this beautiful area. I think it's worth the staff mentioning to new arrivals as this would have made our trip even more delightful. Again, not a hotel problem as we did appreciate the staff and the facilities. We would definitely stay again!!!
