The resort is clean and staff very nice. We had a two bedroom suite which was very convenient for our family of 4 travelling with 2 teenagers who like to go to bed late and get up late! The on site restaurant was very reasonably priced and food was delicious. The only downside for us was seeing the 2 macaws in à very inadequate cage by the poolside. No toys, no foraging and no hiding area. They definitely need an upgrade of their living environment and more enrichment.

The resort was good people was friendly. It was clean, the only thing I didn't like about it was that the rooms didn't look that up-to-date they definitely wasn't as clean as I thought it would be. The shower, when I took a bath, the water slattered everywhere in the bathroom. The balcony was broken, and they still gave us that room with the balcony. The view wasn't the best, but somebody did fix it during our stay. They didn't even let us know that they were gonna come up to fix it. They just climbed up through the balcony and fixed it. While we were in the living room, but besides that, the people on the resort were wonderful, very, very kind, polite. And I would stay there again. The only thing is that I don't think I would want the same room. I got i did see that they were remodeling.So if I do stay again, I would like to stay at the.Remodel side
