This place was amazing! The pool was great for adults and kids. Huge condos to fit a family of 5. Close to everything. Highly recommend getting a car to explore the island. The staff and women at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils and tools (spatula, grilling tools, ladle, etc). King size beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. Air conditioning kept the condo cool throughout the day. Found it strange that you had to use the housekey to lock the door from the inside. Would recommend. 9/10.

The rooms were extremely clean, beautiful place that we thoroughly enjoyed. We had a car rental and typically drove to the beach. It is a close proximity to the beach (walkable). The main area of Palm beach is more suitable for a very short drive. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. It was a huge benefit to us knowing that coffee, detergents, shampoo, lotions, beach chairs, sand toys, and pool toys were all INCLUDED. The kids had an amazing time, and the location is a cute little pocket away from the busy areas. Truly felt like a home for the vacation.

We enjoyed our stay very much and it was a short walk from the beach as described. The staff were very helpful and friendly and our needs were taken care of immediately. We stayed for three weeks and could see that the property was continuously being maintained and cleaned. The gym was good . The configuration of the house was a little awkward and we did not use the rooftop as much as we imagined because it was a treck to carry food and utensils up 2 very long flights of stairs and then back down again when done. It was however magical to sit on the roof at nighttime and look at the stars. There was a smell emanating from the drain in the main bedroom shower which we were told would be taken care of after we left!!! Which didn’t really help our cause. We took the unit knowing that the second bedroom only had twin beds… it would be nice to have had beds that could zip together or at least were the same high for our married guests… and it was this factor and maybe the price that would put us off going there again… although I think it is an excellent deal for a family.

Had a very nice time. This location was new with construction still going on. But peace was not disturbed. Had a few issues at check-in , but management was very helpful and resolved the issues in a timely fashion. For an up and coming property I will be looking for this same property in other locations.

Townhouse was clean, but not ready for checkin time we had to wait. You can see the wear and tear on unit the couch had feathers coming out, backdoor lock kept sticking. We did have a good stay and likes the ease of getting new towels and toiletries from the desk area.

We totally love this townhome. Perfect location (5 blocks from palm beach), super clean, fully equipped and super helpful staff. Highly recommended for everyone, especially families with children/toddlers. We’ll planing to go back again next year.

It is a very nice condo and we loved it, the only thing we didn't like is that although you can walk to the beach, it's is not a very walkable place with children. We would stay there again provided the prive was right because you definitely need a car to go to the beach.

The property is great! More than we expected. It is plenty of space for everybody, four bathrooms with two showers. Laundry on the third floor is a plus. Excess to the pool as great, kids loved it. Air conditioning was a bit too much, but I just couldn't adjust the flow. Otherwise it is very well conditioned.

Our condo was huge! There was a washer and dryer included. Everything you need was stocked and you can tell there is attention to detail. Great communication and they have their process down! The walk is a bit far from the beach with kids/ teens. Definitely need a rental car while staying at this property. In addition- highly recommend going to other beaches around and not the one within walking distance. One small thing I would change is they provide small bottles of toiletries. It would be great if they had the wall mounted shampoo and conditioner in the showers. One larger thing that I would change is the locks on the doors. You must use a key inside and outside of the door is locked- so you have to use a key to exit. This was a GREAT property and experience. Very easy and accommodating for families. We had so much space!!!

Clean, spacious well equipped condo! Came with beach chairs, cooler, unlimited clean beach towels (swap at office). Great location, close to Palm Beach (which was the worst beach we went to on the island :( - lots of seaweed and mushy sand in the water). Condo has tide pods, dishwasher tabs, ample garbage bags, Palmolive (no salt and pepper though). Nice that each teenager had their own room - we didn’t know this before coming! Pool area is very nice, and the pool is super clean. Excellent communication too.
