“The air conditioning was weak and the room was a little warm for my taste, but it was not bad enough to reduce my rating a whole star. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent.”

“Very good 👍 Japan style whole set of the breakfast!
All of the employees are nice 👍. I wonder if these good points are well maintained after the handling company takes over this hotel next year.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is easily a 10/10—you can walk to many of Kanazawa’s main tourist attractions, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient and enjoyable.
The room was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and both the check-in and check-out processes were quick and effortless.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again if we...
