“when reserved my room I chose pay at property and when I arrieved they already had charged my debit card which is complicated because I wanted to pay in cash. Now I got back and found out that they made another charge to my credit card without explanation and I don´t know why. Breakfast was bad, the only good was the coffee machine. Hotel is really old but nice and clean and in a Metro station at the door. If you can not stay downtown its a good place to stay but whatch out your credit card.”

“The property was great in all aspects and we got immediate help whenever we needed. It was clean, close to supermarkets and bus / subway stations. Airconditioner was working in perfect condition. Communication was fast and effective. We were super happy with our stay and recommend Santa Luna to all!”
