Very modern and clean hotel. Restaurants and bars close by. Parking space just beside the hotel. The staff was very friendly. I can speak a little Japanese, but the front office staff did a great job for checking in and explain everything in English. Kitchen staff at breakfast the next morning also very friendly. Due to that, we felt very comfortable and welcomed. I have stayed in many APA Hotels already - this one was one of the best.

禁煙の部屋に空きがなく喫煙可の部屋に宿泊。 事前に空きがあれば変更希望を伝えてあったので消臭してくれていたら良いなと思っていたのですが…甘かった。 臭いが凄すぎて滞在中嘔吐が止まらず体調を崩してしまいました。 他社のホテルでも喫煙可を利用した事ありますが、これほど臭いが酷いホテルは初めて。布団や枕、リネンまで臭いがついて消臭剤の効果が全くなし。 喫煙可に予約した事を後悔しました。

スタッフさんの対応はとても良く施設内の清掃も綺麗にみえたのですが、案内された部屋の生乾き臭と特にベッドの湿気はシーツやカバーを洗濯後乾いていない状態に近い物を使ってベッドメイクした様な印象で、不快だったのでフロントに連絡後、別の部屋に変えてもらいました。最初の部屋よりはマシな部屋でしたが、やはりベッドはかなり湿気を帯びた状態で不快な一夜でした。

コンパクトに整った部屋はとても使い勝手がよく、短期の滞在ならアパホテルをというモードになってきている。 今回、少し残念だったのが、滞在時に近くの銭湯を尋ねたときに、「わかりかねる」の一言でスタッフの対応が終わってしまったことだ。地元のスタッフとして、ならではの情報を期待していただけにちょっとショックだった。今どきGoogleで調べれば分かるでしょ？ということなのだろうか。 地元のビジネスホテルには、屋上なんかに大浴場を完備しているところもあるだけに、次回の選択肢は最初からそうした設備が完備されているビジネスホテルを選ぼうかという気持ちになる。 フロントの人にはぜひそうしたちょっとした情報に心配りをしてほしいと思った。

前日も他のアパホテルに泊まりましたが、前日は部屋が結構広かったので、少し残念。前日のアパホテルではすぐにチェックインできたのですが、今回は、会員登録してくださいと言われ、手続きに時間がかかってしまった。遅くにチェックインしてるので疲れているので、早く部屋に行きたかった。アパホテルによってやり方違うのはどうかと思います。 浴室も湿気臭かった。 壁が薄いせいか、隣の人のいびきがひどく寝れなかったと家族から聞きました。
