I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. First and foremost, the property is not fully completed and is still undergoing construction, which was not made clear at the time of booking. Additionally, the hotel lacks basic amenities, including adequate food options and essential guest services. The electrical outlets are not properly equipped to accommodate standard appliances, and as a result, my $200 blow-dry brush was damaged. To make matters worse, there was no iron available for guests. We literally had to find an iron and a converter just to iron our clothes, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel that is operating and accepting paying guests. I stayed on the fourth floor and have photographs documenting the conditions of the property. Guests should not be expected to pay full price for accommodations that are still under construction and lack basic necessities. Given the inconvenience, damage to my personal property, and overall disappointing experience, I believe I am entitled to a full refund. I would appreciate management addressing these concerns and providing a satisfactory resolution. This experience fell far below my expectations, and I do not believe the hotel should be charging guests full rates when it is clearly not ready to provide the services and accommodations advertised.
