Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Difficult to review since we were the only people staying. The food was acceptable the staff was pleasant, the grounds of the hotel were well maintained for the most part but it felt quite eerie being the only guests.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel is busy being refurbished,so is still a little tired but our room was clean and the bed comfortable with excellent linen and towels .It was sad to see a once bustling hotel ,feeling quiet and dejected but with the refurbishment complete ,the friendly staff and excellent chef hopefully things will turn around .The golf course looks well maintained ,though we didn’t have time to play .

Chaotic. Internet down. Freezing room with no blankets or heater. No staff in bar while waiting for keys to be found. A shame as it’s a lovely place with a lot of potential
