We choose this hotel for its proximity to the Ningbo railway station and Tianyi Ge museum (within 350 yards). Overall, we had great experience there. The property is clean and the staffs are super nice. Wanted to give a shoutout to our butlers, Aixia Zhou and Qixin Lu for your thoughtfulness and good service. We did wish the room temp could be adjusted better - it went to 84 degree at winter night when we set for 75.

ningbo駅から徒歩10分ぐらいでしょうか。すぐわかりました。 隣に公園や商店があったり、利便もいいです。内容も全体的にレベルが高く満足できました。

モーニングコールを頼んだのに、コールが無かった事だけが残念でした　が、それ以外は、価格に合ったホテルです。シャワーの水圧も良し、NHKも放送有り.洗面所の水は当然飲めませんが、臭くもなく良好。朝ごはんも品数、内容、味良し。

Hotel was great overall, especially breakfast was good. For me the only negative was that it was a bit far from down town. Around 15 minutes walk, no problem if you take a taxi. I will probably stay at this hotel next time as well.

Great hotel, best services that I ever experienced! A special thanks to the girl at the front desk, 李冰 has helped us greatly during our five days stay. Also Sunny another nice service girl needs to be complimented! Keep up the the good work, would like to come back again to see you all!!
