There was a lot of confusion with check in - we had to try FOUR differerent rooms. The first one, had a lit cigarette in it, the second one had two single beds (we requested a double), the third one literally had two people in bed together (it was awkward), and finally the fourth one was right. This was at 9pm, so it was extremely frustrating to witness this lack of organization. The cleanliness of the suite was good, but the bathroom had an awful smell. The breakfast was great
