“The apartment is overpriced as the furniture and general decor is very basic. Although inside the apartment was clean when we arrived, the balcony was dirty and we were advised it would be cleaned the next day. By day 4, I had to ask 4 times for the balcony to be cleaned as well as a room clean as we had no cleaning service up until that point (not even fresh towels).”

“We had a very mixed stay at the hotel. Upon arriving and checking in we found that the room was very unclean. There was hairs in the bed which indicated the bedding had not been changed and hairs all over the soap in the bathroom. The bathroom had a terrible smell which was very strong and the air con was leaking all over the carpet.
Once we asked to change we were moved into a room which was better, however still needed some general maintenance. There were marks all over the walls, broken...
