A disappointing experience

My wife and I had a poor experience at this hotel. The first day of checking in they said my reservation was not paid online when I had a payment confirmation. I ended up having to pay in cash and was treated like there was some error. I have booked through hotels.com many times and have never had issues until this hotel. The room was clean enough and the a/c was fine. The problem was you can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the hotel. Someone using the bathroom, the front desk phone ringing, or someone talking in the hallway. My wife and I got zero sleep the second night because of our neighbors deciding to host a party and made noise all night. I told them to close their door and to please be quiet, but it was pointless. The front desk did nothing about it. The internet connection is quite poor, and we did not have service for the majority of the time. I would not recommend staying here due to the poor service, slow/non-existent internet, and the noise present throughout the entire building.

Satisfied for short stay

A good short stay. Just to sleep. Check in 10.30 pm, check out 10 am. There's a something in the corner of the room. It is okay, but not good to see. Quite distract the view. You can heard traffic outside. However, the aircond is good. The bed is good. The toilet is clean. So, for overall, a good stay.

Greit for et stopover

Oppholdet var helt greit for en kort natts overnatting før man reiser videre - kjapt inn og kjapt ut. I mangel på bedre alternativer så ville jeg muligens overnattet igjen. Rommet var rent og sengen var behagelig. AC funket greit dog det var en noe "fuktig" lukt. Et stort pluss at de har WIFI som fungerte fint. Servicen var grei nok - trivelige mennesker som var blide og imøtekommende. MEN; Vi ankom sent og var veldig klare for å legge oss, og desverre, som en del andre anmeldelser også nevner, så bruker de ca. 30 min. på innskjekkingen. Årsaken er at de må vente på at bestillingen faxes fra et sted (eller noe slik) og det blir mye stress. De nekter oss også å gå inn på rommet før de har fått papiret (selv om de blir vist bekreftelse på mail og app). Vi ankom sent og det var ikke mulig å oppdrive mat noe sted uten å måtte ta taxi. I tillegg ligger det et lite stykke fra flyplassen (mener at det tok 30 - 35 min) og prisen på taxien er rundt 40 RM hver vei, noe som gjør det mindre billig igjen.

THIS IS NOT CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT

The hotel was ok for a budget hotel but it is not close to the airport. I was there less than 6h and didn't need a long drive to and from. The hotel staff were nice - they did find me a taxi at 0430 am - but it was half the cost of the hotel stay. The two taxi;s were more than the cost of the hotel.

Great cheapest hotel

I think for overall it's quiet good.. I love the way of design in my room that I've been stayed for 4 days. All the equipments in that room is good as well the TV, the Air-conditioner and the most importantly is the toilet, I able to used as much as I want. I'm really glad with that things but for a bit problems that I've been encountered during my staying there is, it has a mosquitoes around in that room, it's look like mosquito and it's everywhere. So I hope for ur facilities worker can look forward to avoid or keep on eyes all over room beside my room that I've been stayed. But honestly so far, the Hotel is very good. I hope so I can look forward to be stay at there If I go there one day. Thank you so much :)

Very basic accomocation

For our 12 hours layover we decided to stay at this accomodation since everything closer to the airport was sold out. Our booking (although it was already paid by credit card) somehow didn't got to them and there was a little commotion at the reception. We arrived there around 2am and were dead tired, and just wanted to get some sleep soon. FInally after 30 minutes (although we had everything printed out to confirm) they believed that we had made a 'real' reservation and they gave us a key to the room above the reception. The room is very spartan and you can shower while visiting the toilet. Since our room was above the reception facing the street, the neon lights from the hotel kept flickering through the curtains.. Luckily we brought ear plugs and eye masks, that helped us to get through the night.
