The restaurant and breakfast was good. Staff were all excellent and nice. The only down side is their Suana never worked when we were there and it was one of the attractions of booking the hotel. Pool never saw anyone use it. We didn’t use it either bc a section was closed.

This hotel stay was the best we’ve ever had (family of 4). Cleanest hotel room I’ve ever seen!! Service was great! Shuttle from airport late night was quick and reliable! Breakfast was great! We have nothing but good to say about our experience at MK Hotel Tirana The staff was exceptional! Our room was incredible! We were shocked at how much room our family of four had in our room. Everything was so clean, and so beautiful, the beds extremely comfortable, and we loved the large French doors that opened with a view over the courtyard and pool. The phone app for opening the doors around the hotel was new to me, and was a great feature, instead of always misplacing who had the key card. The breakfast buffet was so enjoyable, with a large variety of fresh made food. We can not think of a single thing that we can criticize, it was a five star experience all the way and we will book again on our return trip!

My experience left a lot to be desired. I booked this hotel to spend the last night of our trip in Albania and celebrate my partner's birthday. It is advertised as a "spa" hotel, but neither Expedia nor the hotel website mention that the water facilities are seasonal and only open in the summer. Visiting in April, the included "spa" experience was limited to a single sauna. While one receptionist was very kind, the rest of the staff was unhelpful. Our AC didn't work, and we were told "nothing could be done", so we had to sleep with the windows open because it was a hot day in Tirana. The restaurant staff was extremely uninviting too, we felt like an inconvenience rather than guests. On a positive note, the Deluxe room was nice, breakfast was good, and the location is convenient for the airport (though far from any other attractions). Other than that, this was far from a 5-star experience.
