Staff - welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room - good size, clean, comfortable. Could be described as “no frills” but for a short break perfectly adequate. Location - could not be better. Probably less than 5 minutes walk to train/bus station and 10 minutes into the city centre.

Had a wonderful stay. Room was clean and staff was always friendly. Room was large with kitchenette and Wi-Fi connection was perfect. Draw backs, no staff after 8pm, not that we needed it as the other guests were quiet and respectful and the breakfast buffet could use some variety. But would definitely stay again.

Awesome stay!!

It was an amazing stay. The guesthouse is a great hotel with all the amenities required. We were there 4 nights and it’s a great hub for travel in the Netherlands. Nijmegen is a beautiful city with great restaurants and cafes and an awesome vibe. The guesthouse is truly a home away from home. The staff and owner are friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. The cafe downstairs has great coffee and sandwiches.

A 3-minute walk from the train station. It's a little hard to see where to enter the building; appears to have been an office bldg previously. In May the room was a bit chilly; there is no thermostat but a little space heater is in each room.

Your information is very missleading. The front desk is meant to be open until 10pm, I arrived at 7.30pm and could not get into the building. A small note says that they close at 7pm and gave an emergency number. Apparently I should have been sent a code, which Hotels.com did not send me. When phoning, I got an answer machine! It was a cold night and after being on the road since 6 am, I needed to get to a warm room. It was only through the help of some guest that I could finally enter and make phone contact with the management, who gave me a the code after 'trusting' me to pay upon check-out. The guesthouse put the blame on hotels.com All in all, very disappointing!

Wir haben ein Superior Zimmer für eine Nacht gebucht. Nachdem wir abends unser Zimmer bezogen hatten, stellten wir fest, dass es in der Dusche von der Decke tropft. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Weder mein 1,5 Jahre alter Sohn, noch meine Frau und ich hatten eine gute Nacht. Nachdem man den Schaden per Video an der Rezeption gemeldet hatte, kam nur die Antwort „oh das ist nicht gut“. Weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine Entschädigung wurden angemerkt. Insgesamt ist das Gebäude sehr marode. Die Zimmer und der öffentliche Bereich scheinen vor kurzem renoviert zu sein, dennoch kompensiert dies nicht den Gesamtzustand. Fensterbeschläge defekt und eben ein nicht reparierter Wasserschaden im Bad, von dem man „anscheinend“ nichts wusste. Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Die Lage ist TOP, 2 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof. Mein Zimmer war euhig zur Hifseite im 3. Stock, groß, Bett Matratze sehr gut. Frühstück hatte ich am 1. Tag, das ist azsbaufähig, zu wenig Auswahl, dafür zu teuer. Zimmerreinigung erst bei längetem Aufenthalt, 3 Tage fällt nucht darunter, wusste ich vorhet nicht, Pflegeprodukte wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Trotzdem kann ich das Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Nijmegen und Umgebung empfehlen.
