The staff were a bit uncourteous and not very friendly. The room and bathroom had an odd odor. The water pressure was up and down as was the temp of the water. I just wasn't impressed by anything at this hotel. The facilities seem old and worn and in need of updating. I'm ok, but for someone w physical handicap this place would be very difficult

Prettige ontvangst en zowel de entree als het restaurant en de kamer bleken flink vernieuwd sinds ons laatste verblijf een paar jaar geleden. Al met al een hele verbetering met een fijne regendouche en nieuw sanitair in onze badkamer. Ook her ontbijtbuffet is wat handiger vormgegeven. Al met al: gefeliciteerd met deze upgrade!

Fint hotel, dog ikke det mest indbydende personale. Lidt dyrt i forhold til stand. Hotellet er fint placeret i forhold til offentligt transport.

Silencieux et reposant

Séjour d'une semaine pour installation d'un étudiant a Radbound. Très pratique car proche de l'université, environnement agréable au coeur d'une forêt. La chambre de 30m2 est hyper confortable et la piscine un vrai plus.

De accommodatie was super mooi. Wel was op donderdag vergeten om de kamerdeur te sluiten na de schoonmaak. De service vond ik niet optimaal. Bij het ontbijt werd de eerste dag gelijk om 9 uur de koffieautomaat uitgezet. Buiten zitten mocht met het ontbijt, als we zelf het bord etc. terugbrachten. Rond half 5 in de middag bitterballen bestellen, of iets anders te eten, kon niet ivm het bereiden van het buffet. Mijns inziens is dat niet klantvriendelijk.
