Hallo zusammen, gerne gebe ich hier ein ehrliches Feedback für Sie als Eigentümer oder als Agentur ab. Es ist mir klar das dieses Objekt ein reines Renditeobjekt ist. Davon abgesehen kann man ein Mietobjekt nicht nur aussaugen. Man muss auch investieren um den Standard zu halten. Als Eigentümer würde ich mein Eigentum pflegen und es nicht so derart runter kommen lassen. Bei dem Zustand ist der Mietpreis nicht angemessen. Konkret bedeutend dies in Ihrem Fall: Die Küche bedarf einer Grundreinigung. Vor allem die Küchengeräte/Backofen. Lebensmittel vom Vor oder Vor Vormieter sollten IMMER komplett entsorgt werden. Manches haben wir vernichtet weil es sehr lange abgelaufen war. Die Klobürste/Fön sind mind. 15-20 Jahre alt. Das ist nicht retro das ist frech. Haken der Vorhänge sind defekt. Fenster sollten immer bei Anreise sauber sein. Manche sind fast "blind". Stoffstühle und Überzüge sind stark verschmutzt. Leuchtmittel in Lampen sind defekt. Gerade in so einem engen Badezimmer, sieht auf den Bildern viel größer aus, sehr schwierig. Lichtquellen unter den Hängeschränken in der Küche fehlen gänzlich.Terrassen Stühle sind nicht nutzbar weil teilweise zerbrochen oder einfach komplett verwittert und alt. Matratze im Bett ist wirklich die einfachste Variante die es gibt. Das ist puhhh. Ein offensichtlich älterer Wasserschaden an der Decke im Obergeschoss bleibt einfach so und wird nicht renoviert. Für künftige Familien die dieses Haus mieten wünsche ich mir einen bessere Qualität
