Die Lage war toll und das Frühstücksbüffet auch. Leider hatten wir Pech mit einer kaputten Tür unseres Hauses, deren Mechanismus in geschlossenem Zustand nervig war. Der Handwerker ließ wohl länger auf sich warten.

Der Service ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Obwohl wir deutlich vor der Check in Zeit dort waren, konnten wir unser Gepäck adäquat unterbringen. Und trotz geschlossener Gesellschaft konnten wir der Bar 4 Kaffee entlocken. Einzig die Tatsache, dass man sich ab 22:00 Uhr nicht mehr in der Lobby aufhalten konnte, war etwas schade. Stattdessen gab es Aufenthaltsräume in den Gästehäusern. Unsere hatte den Charme einer Jugendherberge und von 4 Stehleuchten bekamen wir gerade eine überredet, ihre Dienste zu tun. Ansonsten war alles in bester Ordnung.

Wir haben als Famile (zwei Erwachsene und ein neunjähriges Kind) eine Suite gebucht. Gegeben hat man uns erst ein normales Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Babybett. Nach der Reklamation meinte man an der Rezeption, dass von den zwei Suiten eine belegt ist und eine nicht gereinigt. Ergo haben wir ein anderes, normales Zimmer bekommen. Bis heute habe ich keinen einzigen Cent aufgrund der nicht verfügbaren, aber voll bezahlten Suite zurück bekommen. Im Übrigen fand ich, als ich die Rezeption für die Zimmer-Reklamation aufsuchte, meinen ausgefüllten Anmeldezettel immer noch auf dem Tresen liegen. Somit lag neben dem Reisemangel auch noch ein gravierendes Datenschutzproblem vor.

Da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war, wurde uns ein Code mitgeteilt für die Schlüsselentnahme. Leider funktionierte der nicht. Nach Kontaktieren der beigelegten TelNr. erschien innerhalb weniger Minuten ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter, der das Problem nach mehreren Versuchen lösen konnte. Leider war es in der näheren Umgebung nich möglich, Sonntag nach 19:00 Uhr noch etwas zu Essen zu bekommen. Alle umliegenden Restaurants hatten schon Küchenschluss - das liegt natürlich nicht an der Unterkunft, war aber trotzdem ärgerlich.

Four stars for nothing

First time ever four star hotel and the restaurant is not open fot hotel quests! Couple table were reserved but we have to drive next town to have a dinner with four children. Then breakfast: they advertise children stay free, but the breakfast was 19€ per child or adult.

Wir können leider die guten Bewertungen nicht teilen. Im Zimmer haben zwei Lampen nicht funktioniert; das Zimmer war mittelmäßig geputzt (Haare von anderen Gästen im Bad; viel Staub und spinnenweben). Die Zimmer sind etwas ins Alter gekommen von der Einrichtung. Das vierte Bett war ein ziemlich unbequemes Klappbett mit sehr dünner Matratze. Das Ehebett war mit ca 1,60m Breite recht schmal. Das Frühstück war lieblos und es wurde sehr mäßig aufgefüllt (und wir waren immer früh vor Ort). Stetig waren Säfte leer; Teller hatten Speisereste und Tassen kaffeeränder. Die Theken waren dreckig. Die endrechnung stimmte nicht und war zu hoch ausgewiesen. Für einen Parkplatz im Hinterland 7,50 Euro pro Nacht zu verlangen ist auch recht viel. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen und können es leider auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Immer wieder gerne

Ich war schon einige Male in diesem Hotel und es ist nach wie vor immer schön, da zu sein. Leider hat die Qualität des Frühstücks sehr nachgelassen. Brot und Brötchenauswahl ist sehr gut. Die gekochten Eier leider jeden Tag kalt, egal zu welcher Zeit und der Aufschnitt einfach so aus der Verpackung genommen und hingelegt- schon schade. Es fehlt auch an Frische, Obst und Gemüse gab es leider nur an einem Morgen. Personal und Service sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und hell mit guter Aussicht. Leider war die Reinigung nicht gründlich(Haare im Bad) und das Zustellbett wurde vergessen vorzubereiten. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind bequem aber überzogen teuer (7,50€/Nacht). Alles in allem ist es sehr ruhig aber hat auch seinen Preis.

Schickes, Zeitloses Hotel mit sehr interessanter Architektur und wirklich wunderschönen Zimmern! Leider fehlt in diesen nahezu luxuriösen Suiten eine Klimaanlage ganz dringen, da man bei 27°C Zimmertemperatur kein Auge zubekommt. Zudem ist es sehr enttäuschend, dass um 22 Uhr alles geschossen wird, sowohl das Restaurant, als auch die Bar. Selbst an dem Kühlschrank mit Getränken in der Lobby kann man sich dann nicht mehr bedienen, da das Haupthaus komplett verriegelt wird. Keinesfalls angemessen, zumal es in der Umgebung keinerlei Ausweichmöglichkeiten gibt.

Es ist traurig zu sehen, wie ein eigentlich schönes Hotel durch ein schlechtes Management und zu wenig Personal heruntergewirtschaftet wird! Für den Hund wird eine Dienstleistungsgebühr verlangt, ein Hundekissen, Napf oder z.B. Begrüßungsleckerlies (wie in anderen Hotels) gibt es nicht. Beim Frühstück muss der Gast sich den Tisch selbst mit Besteck und Serviette eindecken, das Buffet ist eher einfach bestückt und permanent fehlt etwas. Der viel zu wenige Service ist somit auch ständig überfordert. Beim Check out war nur eine Mitarbeiterin, die mit der Anzahl der vielen Check outs überfordert war. Mein Feedback wurde nicht wirklich verstanden, die Münze zur Ausfahrt vom Parkplatz wurde vergessen, so dass ich noch einmal zurückgehen musste. Leider kann ich KEINE Empfehlung aussprechen!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, Personal sehr freundlich. Sogar das Rührei ist nicht aus dem Tetrapack (was ich abartig finde). Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Zur weiteren Umgebung kann ich nichts sagen, die nähere, also Schlossbereich, gerade zur Weihnachtszeit super.

Idylisches Landhotel

Hotel liegt direkt am Schlosspark, sehr idylisch aber weit ausserhalb der Stadt Chemnitz. Die Zimmer sind auf mehrere Häuser verteilt, lange Wege! Ab 22:00 Uhr sind leider keine Getränke mehr zu bekommen, da die Automaten im abgesperrten Bereich stehen. Aussicht und Lage sind toll für Menschen die Ruhe suchen. Auch für Seminare sehr gut geeignet.
