Very clean, super hot shower. After 10 nights of traveling this place had the best bed for comfort, warm enough also. Small room but cute decor! Excellent bathroom. Staff spoke great English, close to train station.

Great stay! The staff was always very helpful when needed, and it was very clean. Close to the central station and a 10 mins walk to the beach.

The level of cleanliness was notably poor. Even basic areas that are typically quick and easy to clean—such as the floors and bedside tables—were visibly dirty. The shower was also quite unpleasant. Additionally, the rooms were extremely noisy; it was possible to hear nearly every footstep from adjacent and upper rooms. It is also worth noting that the hotel is not located in one of the better areas of Nice. However, in our case, this was not a major issue, as we specifically wanted to be near the main train station. On a more positive note, the breakfast was surprisingly good, despite offering only a limited selection. The staff were consistently friendly and had a strong command of English. Given the price we paid, especially in comparison to typical rates in Nice, the overall experience was okayish. Nonetheless, the cleanliness requires significant improvement, a point echoed by several other guests as well.

Definitely a good stay

Staff was very helpful, which met my needs a few times. Great location near the train station (5 minute walk). But because of it, street noise from Avenue Thiers may be loud for some if your room faces that direction. It is close to eateries and convenience stores however. Room was comfortable and immaculate. Main sightsee areas to the south and west however takes 15-20 minutes on foot, but it's fun to see the neighborhood and architecture. Definitely a good stay.

Had a great stay. Great staff, kind and always welcoming with a smile. The rooms are on the smaller sizes, but not a problem. Short walking distance to most things ( train station, beach, shopping area etc)
