The hotel is in a great location for exploring the area and felt safe even late at night. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only downsides were that there was no coffee or tea machine in the room, and the stairs were not well lit, so be careful when using them.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance from Nice railway station, though the route involves a slight downhill walk. There are several restaurants nearby, and the Promenade is about a 15–20 minute walk from the property. One inconvenience was that the sliding bathroom door in our room was broken and did not have a latch. The elevator was also very compact, and our family of four could barely fit in with our luggage. There was also an issue with the property tax being charged incorrectly. After we pointed it out, the staff verified it and reimbursed the extra amount in cash, which we appreciated. Overall, the room was reasonable for the price. Having a kettle in the room would have been a nice value addition. 🏨
