Great location. Close to the beach and an excellent cafe. Roxanna was an amazing host and recommended lots of things to do in the evening. She was also very helpful in helping us find the ferry to Saint Tropez! We had a fabulous stay.

Nice clean hotel with kitchen and balcony a couple of blocks from Promenade des Anglais. Not city center but close to buses and trams that take you to where you want to go. Two stops from Jean Medecin, easy access to Nice -Ville train station and airport. Great restaurants and groceries in the area. Would definitely recommend

Great place to stay in Nice around a 30 mins walk to the old town. Shops, cafes and bars are closer along a few main roads from the hotel. Lots of choice! Room nice and clean, basic but everything needed for a weeks stay and air con was much needed! Bonus balcony and basic kitchen cleaning products. Reception team friendly and speak good English and very helpful. Would stay here again.

Very nice apartment hotel in an amazing location within walking distance to everything you need in the city. Apartments are a bit small but super functional, very comfortable beds and kitchen has everything you need for light meals.

Here’s a review you could use: We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Residhome Nice Promenade and would happily stay again. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the beach, restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to explore Nice and the surrounding areas. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was particularly useful, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after busy days sightseeing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to assist with any questions. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being so close to the waterfront and city attractions. Spacious clean apartment with good bathroom and separate WC. Comfortable large bed. Small balcony. Heating controllable and shower flow excellent. Kitchen equipped with basics, induction hob, microwave and fridge. Oddly no cafetiere though. 'Welcome tray' a bit mean: two instant coffee sachets (six night stay) and no more available! Limited TV channels. No CNN or BBC or Al Jazeira. This was March so didn't use sun roof but would have been nice in summer. Didn't try laundry.
