We booked this property because it had airport shuttle only to find out upon arrival it is not working. Although hotel is in walking distance to airport, we had a lot of luggage and had to get a taxi to take us. Was told their shuttle is electric and does not working often. Would have never booked this hotel if I knew they didn’t have a shuttle available. Jerome is very nice.

The service was outstanding. Best ever anywhere due to Jerome. We were unhappy with our first room and without a beat, Jerome gave us an upgrade yo a great room and two free breakfasts.

It was very close to the airport and within walking distance from the nearest station. It was great that the free shuttle bus was available even early in the morning. The room was of course clean and comfortable. I would like to use it again.
