A very comfortable stay.

We had lots and of communication from the host beforehand. The accommodation was very clean and a very big room. The bed was extremely comfy. Great location. We were very happy here.

It’s not hard to see why this little gem has been running by the same lady for nearly 20 years. Genevieve is the perfect host, the rooms are traditionally beautiful, the location is perfect for all places…the beach, the old town…the square. I would definitely recommend a stay here.Thank you so much.

ホスピタリティに感激

受付があるホテルではないので、チェックインに不安があったのですが、2日前くらいにメールが来てwhats appでのやり取りができるようになり、ホテルへの駅からの道順やチェックインの仕方などを説明していただき不安がなくなりました。ニース駅について歩いていくと知らせると、玄関の前でマダムが待っていてくれました。そこで部屋の入り方や使い方などを説明してくれよくわかったです。 朝食は残念ながら早いチェックアウトだったので食べることができなかったが、キッチンに無料のコーヒーやスナック類があってそれを食べることができました。感謝です。共同の立派な食堂も使えるので快適です。ニースのロッシーニ通りの一角にある歴史を感じさせる瀟洒なアパルトマンの一室をホテルと言うか民泊にしてるようなホテルでした。
広い室内、大人2名には十分
ダブルベッドとシングルベッドなので3名でも可能
ダイニングテーブル 食器もあるのでここで食事もできます。
キッチン エスプレッソマシンがありコーヒータブレットも自由に使えます。フィナンシェとクラッカーも自由にとれます。小さなテーブロイスもあるのでここで簡単に食べることもできそう。

オーナーは返信が早くスムーズにやり取りできて助かりました。チェックインの時間を伝えると、その時間にホテルの前で待ってくれて声をかけてくれました。鍵を直接渡され、部屋の使い方の説明などを受けるのでチェックイン時はオーナー立ち会いです。オーナーは凄く感じが良く親切でした。「コーヒーでも飲む？」と朝は優しく声をかけてくださりコーヒーを作ってくれました。部屋はどこかアジアを感じるテイストでおしゃれで満足しています。共同のバストイレに抵抗のある私でも大丈夫でした。毎日しっかり掃除してくれていて全体的に清潔感のあるステイ先だったと思います。ニースの海からも近く駅からも近く利便性も申し分ないです。大変満足です。
