Nice hotel within walking distance of the airport. Lovely amenities with a rooftop swimming pool and an indoor poll and jacuzzi. Good sized room with everything you needed. Would recommend. I didn't have the breakfast as it looked to be overpriced for what was available.

The location is super convenient and rooms are surprisingly quiet, staffs are helpful. Like that Monaco lady named Tina is super cute (might forgot her name), but pretty much that's about it. Still has lots of room to improve especially property maintenance and plumbings.

Fantastic modern base with great transport links Very well situated hotel, 5 minute walk from Parc Phoenix and the tram line, and close to the train station. The studio was spacious, clean and modern. Kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals, air-conditioning was perfect and soundproofing was excellent. We loved the rooftop pool - warm and a lovely way to end the evening, with a great view of the runway and planes taking off. It is on the small side and can get busy, and it closes at 8pm which was our only complaint. The area is a bit more downtown, but we found a few local shops with everything we needed. Super easy to jump on the tram day or evening, and only 10 minutes to the airport the other way. Great for day trips too - train to Monaco was 9 euros return. Tip: Take the L2 / L3 towards Port Lympia for the beautiful parts of Old Nice, and download the tram app - 2 day ticket is 13 euros or 7 day for 20 euros for unlimited travel.

The location is good just a few minutes walk to the tram or bus station. My room is 404 which has a sea view. But there is a drain smell once you open the room door, and the stink becomes stronger when you open the toilet door, the terrible smell comes from all the drains such as the kitchen sink, the shower tub, the toilet bowl, and the toilet sink. Keep the toilet door closed does help, but imagine when you are using the toilet you are breathing in the great stink!

The hotel was close by to Cassin tram stop so it was easy to go into town or the airport (we actually walked from the airport on arrival and it took about 15 mins). There is a supermarket close by too - less than 10 min walk away. Breakfast the hotel is way too pricey so I would recommend walking to the intermarche and buying some pastries for breakfast.
