The location is this hotel’s best feature. It is staffed with friendly people and check in/ check out was simple and easy. Breakfast was good, and the dining room has great views of the Promenade des Anglais. The rooms were very clean, but there was a slight sewer smell in the washroom that kind of spread through the room a bit. If I could suggest one thing to them, the bathroom needs towel bars, not just hooks for drying towels and bathing suits. There is no air flow, and things don’t dry on hooks very well. I would happily stay there again.

The room was spacious and very nice. I loved our view facing the side with a partial view of the ocean. The bathroom was nice and big as well. Loved having robes and slippers in the room. The lobby could use a makeover. It doesn’t really impress, especially with the dirty front carpet but I was pleasantly surprised with the room.
