Bed was hard and toilet was in a tiny cubicle and was difficult to use with toilet paper dispenser in an awkward rib poking spot. Air conditioning was very noisy and not overly cool. Large room with a couch and coffee table. Very small fridge and they supply free water, pop and juice. We stayed for two weeks and the bathroom drove me crazy. Buy your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash because theirs are awful. Short walk to the beach. TONS of restaurants nearby. They have a breakfast for 20 euros per person that was delicious with tons of options.

Good quiet location in The Musicians area. Grocery next door was very handy. Easy walking distance from Tram 2 station which connects to the Nice airport. Walkable distance to Gare Thiers trains to nearby towns for day trips. Easy walking distance to everything in Old Town and the Mediterranean Sea. A bright, modern hotel, my room had 2 big windows with a lovely balcony, closet and storage area, fridge and safe. Air conditioning worked well except the compressor leaked onto the carpet, maintenance fix did not correct problem, I dealt with it by laying towels on the area. Weather was extremely hot so a/c worked hard to keep up.

On the plus side, I arrived well before check in time and was told that my room was ready for me. The location is really excellent being very central and easy to walk to most places. The breakfast buffet was good and the roof top terrace was very pleasant for an evening drink and get together. However, although this is a four star hotel it is more like a Premier Inn. Standard rooms very basic. Tea and coffee sachets were provided but no milk. When I asked for some milk for my tea I was told that Standard rooms have basic amenities, which do not include milk, so if you want milk bring your own sachets or small uht. It would have been useful to have a small notepad and pen or pencil but none provided. These things are usually standard in any hotel. All in all my stay in Nice was a good experience.

Good location, helpful personnel and nice breakfast. BUT...we had privilige room where A/C was not cooling at all. Personnel was trying to help but final help was just extra fan. No room change ( guess our room was not alone with problem). One week stay ovee 30 temperatures was a nightmare and unfortunately spoileri the whole stay. Hotel should take better care for Basic things working like AC. Never again to this hotel...
