Gisselle , Nathalia and Valentin were fantastic. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately . The rooms were spotless, well maintained and comfortable. The location is perfect and hard to beat if you are staying in Nice. Make sure to enjoy breakfast in the courtyard, it is well worth it!

This was honestly the best stay I had ! I even tried to extend my stay but they’re so in demand that they were booked up! Lovely location near wonderful restaurants super close to the beach and the train station! David is amazing he personally made sure I was comfortable in my stay. 10 stars all around would definitely come back on my next visit.

Maison des Barons genuinely reminded me what exceptional hospitality feels like. This beautiful boutique hotel has only 8 rooms, creating a peaceful and personal atmosphere. At first, I wasn't sure if the classic décor was my style, but I completely changed my mind after arriving. The interiors are beautifully designed, finished to an exceptionally high standard, and immediately reminded me of the Ritz Paris. I stayed in one of the upper-floor rooms with a terrace, which I highly recommend. There are also basement rooms with less natural light, but I was aware of this when booking and was very happy with my choice. What truly makes this hotel special is the service. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered—from the beautiful beach bag, fresh beach towels, fan, and little compliments to the team's constant availability on WhatsApp. During my stay, it was my birthday, and the hotel prepared the most thoughtful surprise I have ever received. They decorated my room with balloons, left delicious macarons, and even printed some of the most beautiful photos they could find of me. I was genuinely touched. Maison des Barons exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Nice.

Charming boutique hotel with a homely touch

We had a wonderful stay and felt so welcome. The backyard is perfect if you want to have breakfast at the hotel, and we also had a lovely private terrace. The hotel is small, with only eight rooms, which adds an extra homely touch. The rooms are beautifully decorated - very fresh, like taking a comfortable journey back in time with a modern twist. Everything is just a short walk away.

Vacation Oasis

Wonderful property with amazing attention to detail. Our check in was a thorough tour of the property by Gisselle who could not have been nicer. And our room was amazing, with full kitchen, great bathroom and shower, as well as a terrace with table and chairs. If you want a vacation from your vacation, this is the place to stay.

Friendly fabulous staff! Giselle, Nathalia, and Valentin were all amazing! The property is beautiful; great location 5 min walk from the beach. Our room was perfect and the back garden where breakfast was served was peaceful, shady, and green.
