My wife and I enjoyed a 5 night stay here. - Easy to get to from Jean Medecin tram stop - Location is within a bustling central area with plenty of shops and places to eat. Also some designer shops for high end shopping - The staff were very friendly and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. Spoke great English - The room was cleaned everyday and had everything we needed, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, TV, soaps, shower gels/shampoo. Tea/Coffee making and small chiller - The balcony is a nice place to watch the street below for people watching and enjoying the street entertainment - The beach and tram stop are nearby so no issues for getting around and enjoying the city We would stay here again 👍

The dortoir hotel suites are perfectly located. The hammam room we had was all tile w steam shower and two person sauna. We used it every day! Steps to restaurants and shopping 2 blocks to beach. We cant wait to go back. We did 14 nights this trip and staff were friendly. We cant wait till next year! Merci alexi you helped alot!

Perfect location - close to beach, old Nice, shopping and restaurants. Excellent staff who were very helpful. Rooms are small but has everything you would need. Easy check in and out. Would for sure stay here again.

The location of the hotel is amazing!! Also, the rooms are fairly soundproof, so helps keep the outside noises to a minimum. Rooms are very spacious and the AC works great! Helpful staff as well!

We had a great stay, the room was very comfortable and had good quality amenities and a very comfortable bed with quality bedlinen. Loved that we had a coffee machine and kettle to make tea. The bathroom finishes were high quality, a great shower and beautiful bathtub. The room had lots of light. It is located in a busy area with a bit of noise, but there is double glazing to tone the noise levels down a bit. Airconditioning worked well. Great location.

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos. The room was very spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The location was extremely central, yet we had no issues with noise at all. Even though there was no elevator, the staff were very helpful with our luggage. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we come back.
