Hotel pas mal mais plus de croissant ni pain au chocolat ni brioche au petit déjeuner.... Du coup petit déjeuner très décevant payé au tarif normal sans geste commercial....

Otel genel olarak vasattı, resepsiyonda kimse bulunmuyor ,odalarda saç kurutma makinesi bulunmuyor.
Mon séjour à très mal commencé car je suis arrivé à 20h55 et l'accueil était en train de fermer et un refus de m'enregistrer...le code d'accès était erroné et il fallait téléphoner pour en avoir un code d'accès qui marche. Pourquoi perdre du temps dans les explications fumeuses au lieu de dire simplement qu'il y a eu erreur avec des excuses. L'operateur d'hôtels.com s'enfonce sans dire une fois qu'il y eu erreur. Apprenez que l'erreur, surtout informatique, est toujours possible et ce n'est pas grave en soi. Tenter de cacher l'erreur et perdre inutilement du temps sans s'excuser est une faute. Encore un qui absolument avoir raison. Ridicule et agaçant. Autrement mon séjour s'est bien passé malgré l'accueil initial un peu moyen. Hôtels.com vient de perdre un client.
Nous avons rencontré 2 problèmes à notre arrivée :
- entrée avec code (réservation) que nous n'avions pas en notre possession.
- lit simple au lieu d'un lit double.
Ces 2 problèmes ont été rapidement résolu.
We had some trouble at check in because reception was closed and the confirmation number we had did not work. Essentially, we faced a check in vending machine which we could not get to work. We pressed the emergency intercom button and were connected to someone who tried to help us, but the connection was interrupted several times and we had to call back and try to figure the problem out before the connection was interrupted again. Fortunately, a lady who worked at the hotel showed up and she helped us check in. After that, there were no problems! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, there was a restaurant in the same building for dinner and breakfast, and the bathroom was clean.
We could not get access to this automatic Hotel because the doorcode was not on the Hotels.Com confirmation.
I was helped, but only by tlf. to Danish personnel from Hotels.Com

Sign said reception would be available until 9pm I arrived at 7:45 and reception was closed. No staff around anywhere for any sort of assistance.

Rapport qualité prix correcte
Lors de notre départ nous avons demandé un taxi, le l'hôtel nous a fait parvenir une voiture avec chauffeur (sans compteur client). Une fois à l’intérieur le chauffeur nous dit qu'il a une exclusivité avec les hôtel Ibis de Nice et c'est pour cette raison que ce n'est pas un taxi. Il nous a demandé un tarif de 45 euro pour moins de 15 minutes de déplacement !!!
J'ai été étonné que l'on m'ai demandé de régler sur place alors que j'étais avoir effectué mon paiement en ligne...
De plus il est vrai que l'accès garage/chambre n'est pas encourageant ..ma fille n'était pas rassurée
Tutto bene, ma il costo mi è stato addebitato sulla carta di credito prima del check.in, contrariamente a quanto dichiarato sul foglio conferma n. 8103243049166, per cui ho pagato di più senza avere il servizio per cui ho pagato (pagamento presso la struttura all'atto del check.in). Restituite i maggiori oneri?
Sarebbe il minimo, per correttezza.
