I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Check-in was smooth. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed — including fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, The hotel’s location is perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

Our stay was very pleasant and we chose the hotel due it's proximity to the station. If you don't mind walking a bit to reach Place Massena or the beach (15-20 min), go for it! It's a great value for what is offered. I gave 4 stars just because our room was on the ground floor and there was a lot of noise from the cleaning staff early in the morning both in front of our door and on the window that had view for a little patio. Also, I believe staff used this patio to smoke and, since I don't smoke and don't like the smell, I had to close the window everytime somene was there, wich was a downside for me. But overall, a good place to stay, would stay there again.

10/10 location, right by the Nice Ville station and not far from the jean médecin tram stop for the airport. old town and newer part of town all walkable too. friendly staff.
