The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. But the water was lukewarm, AC was barely working, brown towels were like sandpaper, mold in the bath tub, bath fixtures were rusty. The location was great.

Excellent location. Within walking distance of tram to/from airport and close to old town. Elevator was tiny and could only take 2 people with luggage. Breakfast was on the pricy side, but was okay. Staff were wonderful and answered all questions.

The hotel was a bit run down and not in the best condition. The walls between the rooms were too thin and you can hear a lot of noise from outside. The room was ok but very outdated and not very comfortable. Good enough for our stay but won’t be staying there again. Overall,the atmosphere remained that the customer is for hotel-not the other way round .They smile,yes,but the impression remains that they are not really interested in you well being afterall.Even a small reguestes are repeatedly ignored with a smile or a roll of the eyes.The service description does not correspond to reality in detail .The staff clearly believes that they are doing their best,-underline.Great location.
