Un établissement négligeant !!

Suite à la confirmation de la réservation, je me suis présenté à l’hôtel et les portes étaient fermés personne à l’accueil !!! Il à fallu apeller 10 fois pour avoir une réponse = à une attente de 3/4h Pour entendre que il n’avait pas de réservation ?? Après un 1/4h une personne est venue à l’accueil. Mais le service et l’accueil est très déficient. Je laisse à l’appréciation de Hôtel.com.

Perfect place for a short stay, or long.

Very nice, quiet hotel near the heart of Vence and a very short walk, ~5 mins to the old city, restaurants, bars, shopping, and marché. I was amazed at how safe it felt walking to and from the the hotel whether day or night. Staff was always amazingly friendly and helpful. A nice petite dejeuner for a modest supplement is available. Parking is available in a secure garage below the hotel. Tight fits as is usually with French parking. A short drive to Menton, Monaco, Nice, Cannes or into the Alpes and points West. If you're okay with driving even St Tropez is close with a 2-hour drive.

Great hotel in a wonderful location.

The Hotel Diana is a great hotel in the middle of Vence. The location was perfect within walking distance of all the great restaurants and shopping. It had a parking garage with easy access to roads to nearby villages as well as Nice. The minifridge was a great help as we did a little shopping and ate breakfast on our patio every morning with a view of the fountain. The bathrooms were newly renovated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were attentive. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent hôtel

Excellent hôtel, très bien situé car proche du village à pied. Parking sécurisé à 15€ la nuit, chambre parfaite avec grand lit tout confort, salle de bains impeccable avec douche superbe. Le balcon est super agréable avec vue sur le jardin mignon. Tout est au top. Le propriétaire est très sympa et nous a donné des conseils pour manger en ville le soir. Le seul point négatif c'est le jacuzzi qui est fermé en avril, donc pas utilisable. C'est dommage de ne pas l'écrire en description sur l'appli car on aurait aimé l'utiliser après notre rando !
