Hotel is good value for the price. Walkable to the Port and the old town and if not very close to tram to take you all over. Hotel is nicely decorated and staff are friendly. Bathroom is very very small.

We were traveling with our daughter and needed a room for three people. I thought the room would be larger. It was very small and the (I think owner) provided us with an upgrade to a larger room since we had quite a bit of luggage. The shower was so small that the shower curtain would stick to you and water would get all over the floor. The owner was super sweet and accommodating by helping us locate their offsite parking garage. The property was quaint and for the money was decent and located near old town.

Cute and cosy

The room was small but cute and cosy and it had all we needed. No air-conditioning, but we kept the window open and it was cool enough at nights. Very hot on day time. The location was good, we were able to walk everywhere.

This is a small, affordable hotel in a great area of Nice. It’s old and charming but tiny. Hot shower and clean enough accommodations. I felt safe and i was comfortable.
