I enjoyed my brief stay here. The hotel is clean and well cared for. There are multiple areas to sit and relax in the lobby area which I liked. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Although I’m in Nice to learn French it was good to be able to converse in English when needed. I’ll definitely stay again.

The hotel is dated but its location is great as you can walk to the Promenade & Old Town Nice in a few mins. The lobby area is being renovated, but the rooms & building in general needs an uplift. We found most of the staff very helpful & friendly.

Perfect location. A ten minute walk from the beach and a ten minute walk from the train station. Close to shopping and dining options. Nice hotel with a very attentive and efficient staff. No complaints at all

Air con wasn’t working, staff weren’t that friendly, room we stayed in was very noisy. It was right next to the road. Cars were going past all through the night. Windows very thin. The hotel was very welcoming. Did not get much sleep. Would not recommend this place. Avoid!!!!!

My very first time visiting France in general and Hotel Busby didn’t disappoint! So close to everything and very safe for solo female traveler like me! Friendly staff, clean hotel and very walkable to all the famous attractions in Nice! Highly recommend!

We liked the area very safe and easy to walk to centre of Nice,The room was comfortable if a little bare a few pictures would have been nice. The bathroom is dated and could do with updating the shower was very small and I am not a large person but felt cramped. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were friendly and helpful

The property was very convenient, location-wise, close to the beach and old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there were 3 issues that I didn't like 1) the silicon around the glass for the veranda doors were not sealed, allowing a draft and noise in and therfore affecting my sleep 2) the duvets covering is not fully sealed/contained but rather 2 sheets put on top and underneath the duvet which exposed the duvet several times at night and affected my sleep 3) there was a yellow/brown stain in the toilet which was not very pleasent to have in the toilet. I hope these issues can be fixed so that next time I can consider having my family here in this hotel as I loved Nice and will be back with my family in September.
