The location can’t be beat unless you want an $1500 a night room. Affordable breakfast 10 min walk from the train station and Old Town. Close to the water. Nice bathrooms. We had to make last minute reservations because our previous accommodations fell through. Glad we found the Busby.

Excellent location close to city centre , restaurants, bars, transport links and a short walk to the promenade and sea front. The hotel was great value for money. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff were excellent, always very helpful. We have just returned from a very enjoyable break there and are booked up to go again in the near future. This is a hotel we are happy to go back to .

Location is excellent. Hotel is about equidistant from the Promenade des Anglais and the Nice-Ville train station. Hotel is older and basic but very clean. The room (#132) was a nice size with two twin beds. The front desk staff is lovely and very helpful. The only downside was that our room (#132) was on the first floor on the street side of the building, and there is A LOT of street noise during the night, especially on weekends. Ear plugs helped tremendously. I would stay again but request a room on a higher floor.

I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. The hotel was clean the bathroom was dated but it didn’t bother us. Hotel is in a good location near the train station & the centre of nice. There are nice restaurants & brunch spots in the area. Less than 10 minutes walk to the promenade would stay again.

Overall amazing experience, staff were welcoming and friendly, as well as helpful, the room was very clean and spacious with plenty of storage Including a mini fridge, we stayed as a couple but could easily suit a solo traveller or even a family, location was also ideal as it’s a short 10 min walk to the train station and a small 5 min walk to the promenade, would defo recommend and visit again in the future!

Excellent location to train station, beach, and food. About 15min walk to Old Nice. Very clean room and all the staff was helpful. My French is not the best and the cleaners were ok using google translate and me pointing to things. There were chargers at each bedside for the four of us, which the teenagers loved. We also had a fridge, which I did not know about. That was very nice to have. The water pressure was great and the small tub. The bathroom was so much better than other hotels that use glass doors now. This one had an actual door. Lots of closet space too. Great stay all around and if we come to Nice again we will stay here.

The hotel and my room were very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the atmosphere of a classy old building that has been maintained as such, not overly modernized, but refreshed with simple good taste, a sort of quiet unpretentious dignity comme il faut (as it should be). The location is great, near the Promenade Anglaise, but set back in a nice neighborhood with tons of restaurants, cafes and shops.
