Pros: The rooms look like the photo on decor. location close to tram and train station. Two of the desk attendants were helpful/nice. Cons: I asked for a window & quiet area and gave me the smallest window and the room right in front of the elevator. There was no coffee and the toilet paper was under lock key on a dispenser for public places. Hotel offered to call a taxi for 40.00 and taxi charged me 50.00 and left me 3 blocks away from the entrance. The lights went off on the stairway and the halls. Safety issue especially at night. I almost missed my step several times. Elevator only allows one person with luggage. The third receptionist smoke right by the entrance and didn’t care about guests.

Basic budget hotel in good location close to train station but didn’t feel safe with lots of groups hanging around and very noisy at night (appreciate out of hotels control). Hotel was clean, room service daily and we had a little balcony that was very nice. Very small shower and hairdryer cuts out every few minutes which is frustrating, but comfortable bed. Fine for the price and as place to rest your head but not good if you want a hotel you need to spend time in.

Fantastic hotel

Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff and a perfect room. It couldn't have been better. The room had obviously been refurbished recently and had everything i needed, air con, fridge. The bathroom also was perfect with a powerful 2 headed shower. Breakfast was great too

This hotel has a great location. It is very close to the main train station, tram, main streets and beach in Nice. Everything is in walking distance. However, rooms are tiny, basic and overall just a place to rest. It’s average clean. Front desk not friendly.

A/C worked fabulously and is controlled by you in the unit (HUGE plus for France- we found in other places it was central control). Room was clean but no frills (no safe, no kettle). Staff were helpful and friendly, desk was open 24/7. Elevator worked great which we were thankful for as we were on the 5th floor.
