The room was finished to a very high standard. Servicing the room was often late into the afternoon. The roof top Moon Bar can get very busy so if you intend to eat book. Breakfast was totally brilliant. Staff mixed some were exceptionally friendly and helpful the short night porter was the one exception rather rude to hotel staff and residents.

The hotel is in a good location and nice rooms. The pool has no loungers in the shade or that can be moved into the shade. Most of the staff are nice but one or two are quite rude with no reason. There was so much banging and noise above our room throughout the afternoon it was hard to have an afternoon nap. We were celebrating our anniversary and asked for a quieter room so this was a shame

Great location in Nice, France. Breakfast was outstanding. It's a 4 star hotel. I was very happy and I've stayed at the Crillon in Paris which is a 5 star and over the moon fabulous. this hotel is not the Crillon but we were wanting to be close to the beach, and a safe location. I will go back again the next time I return to Nice. The front desk was very helpful. AC was fine.

Hotel is in a great location, However, some staff were very rude and not helpful at all. They refused too provide with an extra bottle of water. The breakfast were below par, pool was very small and Drinks were very expensive. The wifi in our room wasn’t working and they were no help.

The hotel is very well located on the beautiful Promenade Park and walking distance from the old town area. There are plenty of restaurants around as well. The buffet was very nice, but I wouldn’t really rave about it. It was slightly more Grand than the general regular US Hotel included breakfast. It included: chafing dishes with some hot breakfast items a selection of fruits, selection of baked goods, cereals, and beverages. We had a comfort level room. It was clean, sparse and small, but adequate for its use also included a sizable safe.

Great location and value for money. Bathroom shower very basic and not great. Tea and coffee wasn’t replenished but should have been so a little frustrating. But overall a great stay and would go back. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t review the food. Has 3 comfortable nights there.
