The view from the room was incredible. The staff wasn't the friendliest, but they weren't bad either. The room is spacious and comfortable. The parking isn't in the building; you have to walk about two blocks. It's not terrible, but just something to keep in mind.

Second time we visited, this time with big balcony out to the sea. Very friendly and helpful personel, very nicely cleaned apartment when we arrived. Dishwasher needs some repair. Also oiling of door-hinges (very squeaky).

Just returned from a 4 night stay - family of 5. Spacious apartment well equipped with lovely sea views. Lovely staff on reception desk made us feel very welcome and very helpful. Arrived 11 am and was able to leave luggage in storage so able to make the most of our first day. Fantastic location on the Promenade de Anglais would definitely recommend and would love to return again.

The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. Staff were friendly enough when we passed but didnt have mich interaction as it is pretty much self service accomodation which worked very well. The size of the studio we had was perfect. We didnt try thebreakfast but it smelt nice every morning. All in all I would happily book this Aparthotel again.

Wow, I am surprised by all the enthusiastic reviews. This was a very average hotel experience for us. Our room did not have a bathroom fan, did not have any hooks to hang bath towels, did not have a security deadbolt on the inside of the door, our dishwasher was broken, the bathtub leaked, I could go on and on. On top of all this, the staff at the front desk were sullen, bored, and completely uninterested in making small talk or going beyond the minimum to welcome us and help us. A few pluses: the location was great (right near a tramway station) and the ice cream freezer in the lobby was a nice touch!
