We spent 3 days there, as a mom with two kids, I felt safe the whole entire time, accidentally locked myself out at night and the man at smokes poutine below the motel was able to let me in, over all was friendly, clean and we will be back :)

Stayed 6 days/5 nights. Staff was great and room was okay for the cost - was clean. Only thing, we had to go to office to get ice but that wasn't a problem. The Air Conditioning was excellent - a little to cold for me but was good. Housekeeping very friendly and would ask if we needed anything when I was out on balcony smoking. Nice and close to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Easy to walk.

Location was great. Staff was very easy to talk to. Check-in was quick. Our room was in the 2nd floor. Note that there is no elevator. Room was big but old. We had our own balcony over Victoria Ave. The bathroom was a bit small though.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Victoria Motor Inn. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and easygoing from the receptionists to the housekeeping team. Everyone made us feel welcome and was always happy to help. The room was tiny but clean and comfortable, and one thing we especially appreciated was the excellent air conditioning. We visited during some very hot days, and it kept the room cool and comfortable, making our stay much more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality!

The Inn was a good place to do the basics(sleep and shower). It's placed in the middle of everything. A short walk to the Casino and the OLG stage, and Cliffton Hill is a short walk in the other direction. Basic room, but nice. Parking costs you $15, and is tight, but it's a wash for a cheap(er) room.

Before I booked this hotel I called to inquire about a mini fridge in the room, I had seen some in the review photos, I was told they had 3 available on a first come first serve basis and to just call the morning of check in and they will have one in the room for us. Due to dietary restrictions, this is something my daughter and I need, to have safe foods accessible to us. So I booked the hotel, and the morning of our check in I called the hotel and talked to a very nice man who ensured me that there would be a fridge in our room when we arrived. We pull into the hotel and right away I was turned off, it looked nothing like the photos online, the paint was peeling off the bricks, there was an abandoned pool full of garbage and still water (they have this advertised as a seasonal pool) this pool has not been in service for many many years, I go to the front desk to check in and mention that I had called and wanted to make sure that the fridge was in my room, this is where I learn that they do not actually have a fridge, first she said they cant find any of the 3 available and then she told me that they are broken. I asked if I can have a refund and look for another hotel, and I was told that no she could not do that, I had paid for this hotel with Expedia and she said I would have to pay for it if I left. No refund, no credit, made me pay for parking $44.00. If they would of told me no they cannot guarantee a fridge then I would of moved on to another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great place to stay considering it was the first place I’ve ever stayed as an 18 can be loud at times but that’s normal it is Niagara Falls lol me and my girlfriend loved it very clean and the queen room is substantially bigger then the king which was a plus for us
