Check in was easy. I wish I had known there was no AC before booking the room but the front desk did swap me for a room with a balcony so I could open the door and get some cool air. This hotel is an excellent location, next door to the Bird Kingdom and a short walk to the falls. Staff was excellent. I did not have breakfast to comment. Pool and hot tub seemed nice but was a bit crowded so I skipped it this time.

Hotel location is great. Nice to have the pool, hot tub and sauna. Room pretty small for the price. Requested two queen beds and got two doubles. Strong mildew smell, hits you in the face right when you walk in. Our heat wasn't working one of the days and it was very cold in the room. Instead of offering to move us to a different room, we were given a space heater and I am pretty sure it was against code.
