The breakfast was excellent. Best scrambled eggs ever. The staff was so nice and the room was wonderful. The only thing we would have liked to see different would be a higher toilet and the toilet paper roll was not back so far. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.

Check-in was fantastic, we were checked in early and able to park there before the allotted check-in time. Great quiet location with proximity to waterfront and public beach area and also to downtown. Nice view from the front porch and patio. Room (Gallery Room) was clean but bathroom jusy had a pedestal sink (no vanity) and the bathrub was very old so needed to use the bath mat provided when showering. Very quiet and private, although I could hear someone's shower water once. Hubby and I had opposite feelings about the comfort of the bed and pillows. Breakfast was excellent. Overall the property is in need of a major refresh. Patio cushions and patio floors should be kept
