I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. By far the friendliest and most helpful staff of any hotel that we have ever stayed at. I would definitely stay here again. Short walk to Niagara Falls State Park so the location was perfect for us.

Everything we need is in the hotel especially with the toddler. We had a problem with the door card like 5 times before it work but the front desk are so kind and happy people, that i don't mind waiting to worked its magic lol. We love it cuz we compared it with our families hotel ours are free reserved parking and hot breakfast(hot drink the whole day and surprise yummy snacks in the afternoon).

Absolutely loved the old place. Very art deco and really cool. Staff at front desk were great. Breakfast was hot and decent. Room was awesome. Location is terrific, just walk around the corner to the falls. Only negative was that on the shower stall there was no shelf for soap or shampoo. Would definitely stay there again.

Really great location. Breakfast is very basic and all on plastic plates etc. Barman was very friendly, receptionist was so so. Great view from 19th floor of the fireworks over niagara. No real restaurant but you can take your own food in. Car parking was good and secure. Room smelt a little musty. Overall an ok stay with the car parking and location the major attractions.

Charming historic building in Niagara Falls, NY. Close to the falls and the Canadian border. Friendly, helpful customer service. Great breakfast but starting at 7 am would be better. Delicious cookies and coffee available in the lobby. Comfortable sitting area with a TV located to the right of the bar area. Comfortable, clean rooms and beds. Clean bathroom with free toiletries. Keep in mind that this is a historic building and most of the furnishings are historic. The hotel rooms do need some updating, paint and carpet, but that doesn't detract from its charm. The thing that bothered me the most was occasionally hearing the water going through the pipes on the ceiling. We enjoyed our long weekend celebrating our friend's 80th birthday.

The hotel was in terrible disrepair. That was our main concern and the fact that security was lacking. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. We left early due to our concerns and were not compensated by management. Overall, our trip to Niagara Falls was great.

The hotel was in a great location! Rooms were extremely clean and well maintained! The GM Lenny paid great attention to detail and gave great recommendations on local places to eat. The lobby bar was full of energy. You would be making a huge mistake if you did not stop by and grab a drink and an appetizer!! Kevin, the bartender, was fantastic! He made you feel like you are a regular customer. A+
