The staff here are great and easily walked me through the check-in process. However, the building itself needs some upgrades/work as it seems high traffic. The room was spacious but "jacuzzi" tub didnt work - no jets worked. Breakfast was great, but we paid $100 for family of four - we will go to a buffet tomorrow.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We stayed in the courtyard which wasn't too bad, except the stairs were old and rusty and not suitable for older people or people with small children. The hot tub and pool was great and it's very close to Clifton Hill which was perfect!! Would definitely go back but would rather stay in the hotel and not the courtyard

We had a king bed jacuzzi suite in the tower - huge bathroom, very clean, bed was comfortable, very quiet. Hotel is on Victoria St close to Clifton Hill - you are just a block or two from restaurants and lots of activities. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again! Happy travels!
