Make sure when you book your in the main We recently stayed here while visiting Niagara Falls. The location was great and very close to Clifton Hill, making it easy to walk to many attractions. The housekeeping staff were excellent and kept the room very clean throughout our stay. A few things to be aware of before booking: make sure your room is located in the main hotel building near reception, as some rooms are located in a separate area at the back. The rooms did not have microwaves, which was a bit inconvenient. We also found the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillows were quite lumpy. Overall, the location and housekeeping were the highlights of our stay, but there are some comfort and amenity issues that could be improved.
